EMPLOYEE OF A RELOCATING BUSINESS VISA

This category facilitates the granting of residence to employees of businesses relocating to New Zealand  who do not qualify for residence under any existing categories. The objective of this category is to  promote New Zealand as a place in which to locate a business.

THE INVESTOR CATEGORIES

Investor 1

Under this category you need to invest funds or assets to the value of at least NZD 10 million in the New Zealand economy for 3 years in an investment that meets immigration New Zealand criteria . 

Investor 2

This is a points based business category and the more you invest the higher your points will be. You will have to invest for four years in an investment that meets Immigration New Zealand criteria. The minimum sum you can invest is NZD 1.5 million and the minimum settlement amount required of you is NZD 1 million.  As in the case of the Skilled Migrant Residence category the starting place is an Expression of Interest.
